Terms of Service

This is a general-purpose draft, not a substitute for advice from a lawyer. Review it (especially the sections on third-party server rules, liability, and refunds) before relying on it for a live paid product.

1. What Suprabots is

Suprabots ("we", "us") provides automated bot accounts for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition survival servers, with features like guarding, resource gathering, tracking, and world scanning, controlled from a web dashboard. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account (username and password) to use the dashboard. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Your Minecraft / Xbox credentials

To connect a bot, you authorize it to sign in to a Minecraft Bedrock server using a Microsoft/Xbox Live account you control. We never see or store your Microsoft password. Authentication happens through Microsoft's own sign-in flow, and only the resulting access tokens are stored, scoped to keeping that bot connected.

4. Third-party servers and their rules

Some Minecraft servers prohibit automated or bot-driven play in their own rules. It is your responsibility, not ours, to check and follow the rules of any server you connect a bot to. We are not responsible for bans, item loss, or any other consequence a third-party server imposes on an account you connect through Suprabots.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles all payment data directly. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Canceling stops future billing but does not refund the current period; you keep access to your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

Prices and included features per tier are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle, not one already in progress.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Suprabots to:

Attack, harass, or grief players who haven't agreed to it, outside of a server that explicitly allows it
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Suprabots' own infrastructure
Violate applicable law, or the terms of any Minecraft server or Microsoft/Xbox Live account you connect

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without a refund for the current billing period.

7. Your content and data

Bot configurations, scan history, and similar data you create through the dashboard remain yours. We store it to provide the service and may delete it if your account is terminated or inactive for an extended period.

8. No warranty

Suprabots is provided "as is." Minecraft servers, Microsoft's authentication systems, and Stripe are all outside our control, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that any bot feature will keep working if any of those change their behavior.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to Suprabots is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost in-game items, banned accounts, or lost data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Suprabots after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
